Simon really got us out of a pickle last Christmas. We had a hoard of guests descending with a month to go and some very sorry looking dining chairs. He quite frankly worked miracles in restoring them to their former glory in terms of polishing, seat covering and repair. Would heartily recommend him. Fair price for a fair amount of work unlike another quote we had locally.

Simon restored some valued but damaged pieces of furniture, which had been in the family for up to 4 generations. His work was very impressive - you couldn't see any joins! - beautifully re-polished. After making a wonderful job of restoring my pine kitchen Simon returned and fitted cornices to finish the job off nicely. Firstly Simon restored the top of an oak trunk damaged by a heat mark. Due the excellent quality of his work, his friendly nature and very competitive price, we used him again to restore and re-polish an old bureau that we found in a local shop. Would highly recommend.

A nest of art deco side tables which had suffered considerable deliberate damage (gouges, scratches etc) were restored and re-polished to their original state.
